Inetwork has announced that OneStream Networks has picked up inetwork as its single source for VoIP E9-1-1 coverage. The agreement is applicable in the United States and Canada, and covers voice origination services as well.
inetwork is among the few providers that can route 9-1-1 calls directly into the nation’s 9-1-1 infrastructure. The company is the only 9-1-1 provider of nationwide voice and SMS.
Users have the choice to get everything they require from people who actually enjoy taking the time to understand their business.
The solution from inetwork allows users to get operational efficiencies by putting together users’ voice and 9-1-1. This is done with a single provider on a single customer portal.
The company promises to provide good coverage, quality, competitive prices, excellent service, and 9-1-1.
Customers like OneStream can take advantage of inetwork’s Dashboard portal, a Web-based user interface that channelizes operations by putting the power of provisioning 9-1-1 records and managing telephone numbers at users’ fingertips.
“Working with forward-thinking companies like OneStream to better execute their worldwide SIP trunking and VOIP services is what it’s all about for inetwork” stated Steve Leonard, executive vice president and general manager of inetwork. “We thrive on innovation and helping market leaders deliver a better product to their customers, even during Hurricane Sandy, where our 9-1-1 network remained 100 percent operational for OneStream and all of our 9-1-1 customers.”
Recently, the company extended its presence in Denver. The company has been witnessing enhanced demand for its wholesale VoIP and 9-1-1 businesses. The firm has thus decided to increase the number of employees by 50 percent.
OneStream believes this will help it to cope with the increase in demand. To accommodate the additional staff who will soon come on board, inetwork has rented out extra office space in Denver.
