Cloud AG Allows Clients to Build Applications and Business on Microsoft Office 365
By Rajani Baburajan
Microsoft (News - Alert) Office 365 is a powerful cloud platform that provides enterprise-grade, cloud-enabled e-mail and calendars powered by Microsoft Exchange online. The cloud platform enables seamless collaboration by offering features such as Web conferencing, instant messaging, active directory integration and more.
Cloud|AG is a cloud solutions provider leveraging Office 365 as a platform to offer cloud-based business collaboration applications. The company allows partners to build applications and businesses on its cloud based application called ServicePoint365.
Thanks to the cloud-based application, Cloud|AG allows companies of all sizes to realize the power and flexibility of Microsoft's cloud-based collaboration and business applications. ServicePoint365 also helps professional services operations maximize the collaboration and content management capabilities of Office 365 or SharePoint -Online or On-Premise.
The service also leverages Microsoft Office 365’s SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Lync Online, and Office Professional Plus, offering a collaboration environment designed specifically for project centric professional services operations such as consulting firms, construction companies, IT consultancies, or field service operations.
“Microsoft has released a very attractive core set of cloud services in Office 365 that are bundled together to provide an unparalleled business productivity experience for small and large firms alike,” said David Huseonica, president and CEO at Cloud|AG, in a statement.
“Our business model is to develop industry applications that leverage the best of what this environment has to offer and makes it even more relevant for certain verticals resulting in increased return on investment (ROI) and reduced time for the benefit for our clients,” Huseonica added.
Office 365 has already taken the small business markets in Asia and Australia by storm, so many predict that the service will be received with equal enthusiasm in the SMB vertical in the U.S, says a recent piece from TMCnet.
Since more and more businesses are operated remotely as opposed to the tradition of operating from a stationary environment, the online subscription service is ideal for mobile functionality, according to the news report.
