It was a busy week in the Enterprise Solutions sector. Here are some of the major stories from TMCnet.

Cloud|AG is a cloud solutions provider now leveraging Office 365 as a platform to offer cloud-based, business collaboration applications. The company allows partners to build applications and businesses on its cloud-based application “ServicePoint365.” It benefits companies of all sizes and professional services. The service also leverages Microsoft (News - Alert) Office 365’s SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Lync Online, and Office Professional Plus, offering an environment designed specifically for professional services, such as consulting firms, construction companies, IT consultancies, and field service operations.

In another story, Ongage, a provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) e-mail marketing solutions, is offering built-in plug-and-play connectivity to 25 e-mail hosting service provider vendors and cloud SMTP services. The company has partnered with cloud SMTP services including Dyn (News - Alert), SocketLabs, SendGrid, MYSMTP, and Amazon SES. With OngageConnect, clients use multiple e-mail hosting providers, while having one state-of the-art, e-mail marketing command center. OngageConnect allows organizations to route their e-mails simultaneously via multiple vendors from one convenient e-mail marketing front-end. Clients also benefit from in-depth e-mail delivery and e-mail performance analytics.

In addition, Tozour Energy Systems, a provider of HVAC and building automation systems, has come up with some tips to save money this winter on energy bills. These include a thorough inspection of the HVAC system. Owners also need to clean systems and perform regular maintenance to keep their HVAC running efficiently.

And TMCnet reports how IDInteract, Inc., a provider of SaaS solutions, recently introduced the Demand Exchange platform, which simplifies the identification and understanding of consumer demand signals, including structured and unstructured data collected from multiple data sources. It stores the collected information in easy-to-use, 360-degree graphic representations of individuals, groups, events and communities called "Personas."
