In related news, TELES AG Informationstechnologien has approved the Release 4.0 for the TELES IP Centrex solution. This update includes additional convenience functions and improvements in user control. The latest Release links integration of different terminals, such as mobile and landline phones (Unified Communications (News - Alert), UC) with telephone control via the computer (Computer Telephony Integration, CTI), include setting up a call, receiving, forwarding and ending calls.

The new Release enables staff to communicate with each other from any place, at any time and at optimum cost, irrespective of the terminal selected. This means that important calls reach the respective contact person – at any place and at any time.
