ADTRAN Enhances Its Award Winning Channel Partner Program with Incentives

ADTRAN (News - Alert) Inc. a provider of virtual mobility, cloud connectivity and enterprise communications solutions recently announced improvements to its prize-winning Channel Partner (News - Alert) Program. The enhancements provide new benefits while keeping the program’s structure simple.


ADTRAN’s products enable quality video, voice, data and Internet communications across different network infrastructures. Its enhanced Channel Partner Program addresses the market challenges of all of ADTRAN’s current Channel partners. It expands financial incentives and rewards to all levels of partnerships with a tiered path of benefits where more tools are available to aid partners on their path to success.

ADTRAN’s Channel Partner Program will also provide specialized training in ADTRAN solutions to all its partners across all tiers. They will also have access to demo equipment, pre- and post-sale support and remote install support.

Ted Cole (News - Alert), vice-president of Channel sales for ADTRAN said that the company’s primary objective was to maintain a good relationship with all their Channel partners as they constitute an essential part of their success. He went on to add that each time their partner invests in training or even demo equipment , it is a synergy as it is not only an investment for their business but also for ADTRAN, and for which ADTRAN would want to reward them. He indicated that the new enhanced partner program provides a lot of rewards and incentives for partners who increase their commitment so that they can be competitive with ADTRAN.

Under the enhanced program, the registered partners will be eligible for guided discounts without contractual commitment. Partners who are trying new options and trying to expand their portfolio will find the guided discounts benefit very attractive. To provide registered partners an increased margin on opportunities, ADTRAN has made the registration of deals easier. These partners will be eligible for specialized training, additional rewards and support.

To encourage and reward partners who are committed and demonstrate continued investment to their partnership with ADTRAN, the Channel Partnership enhancement program provides them the benefits of “ADvantage Plus” tier. This tier enables the partner’s access to refurbished equipment, the benefit of expanded sales coverage and prioritized before and after sales support.
