Officials of Thrupoint are featuring their Ubiquity’s Speak Conferencing product. It is a scalable, carrier-class, IP conferencing app that enables Service Providers (SPs) to offer hosted audio as managed services for large enterprises.
In addition, a joint venture, Avema Critical Wireless (ACW), has been announced by Avema Corporation and Mission Critical Wireless (News - Alert). Mid-size and large companies will be offered mobile management as a complete full-service offering through the joint venture.
A report by Pyramid Research provides an analysis of the fixed and mobile sectors in Senegal by tracking and monitoring the market shares and spread of new technologies. Senegal has been depicted as an advanced mobile market in West Africa, which has immense potential for growth. This is evident from the mobile services penetration rates that are expected to soar to 93 percent in 2016 from 65 percent at the end of 2010.
Also, Fast 3.0, a new web-based application that provides users a unified, internationally competent central ordering tool for the enterprise mobile environment has been released by Cellution Inc., a Rochester, NY- based Mobile Technology company. Fast is designed to include all mobile carriers into one central system, thereby allowing its users to create workflow, automate authorizations and to catalog available services and devices.
And, providing mobile access to existing solutions has been a challenging task for independent software vendors. A rapid and secure path to mobility is now provided by Rover Apps to independent software vendors (ISVs). Existing ISV applications will find that Rover Apps is a natural fit for rapid mobile-enabling.
