Wavelink Avalanche, an innovative mobile device and infrastructure management solution has been designed to solve the challenges associated with managing the wireless ecosystem. In a press release, the company said that through the demonstration of its new product, it is going to uphold its achievements in the areas of security, support for smartphones and tablets, and telecom expense management.

Avalanche is targeted at the service management industry, the company further clarified in the press release. By working seamlessly across networks, the solution promises to extend beyond the four walls of the enterprises. The solution is suitable for managed APs and wireless switches or over more diverse wireless WAN connections such as cellular networks.

Wavelink Avalanche has been claimed to change the way companies are managing their mobile devices by enabling the businesses to bring all their mobile devices under the control of a management system that provides provisioning, maintenance and security.

The management of mobile devices, including personal smartphones involves considerable costs. The Avalanche Telicost, a real-time telecom expense management solution enables the companies to proactively monitor, report and analyze data, voice, SMS and roaming usage. With this solution, businesses can have the data under their disposal and accordingly can analyze usage patterns. This helps them drastically reduce costly telecom expenses.
