Looking to launch a mobility management tool, Hampton Products, a manufacturer and distributor of consumer packaged goods, has selected eMOBUS (News - Alert) mobility management solutions.
By offering a turnkey technology-plus-service solution, eMOBUS reduces complexity. The company’s clients generally don't have the time, interest or staff to get a mobility management platform up-and-running and they look for performance right out of the gate. Facilitating its clients to be deployed and to realize results within a few days, not weeks or months, the company heavily leverages its cloud-based technology platform, in combination with its professional services team.
Said Moe Arnaiz, CEO of eMOBUS: "Many mobility management solutions look good in the sales process, but actually add work for the customer. This can entail manually acquiring and loading multiple carrier invoice formats on a monthly basis, continually updating device inventory and service plans and managing user change requests, all while trying to keep costs in check. We realized the need for an intuitive mobility management solution designed not only for hard dollar savings, but also for operational efficiency.”
A client just processes the transaction through eMOBUS' EMM Platform. If a client wants to order a new device, add or restrict features, or add international roaming for a period of time for one of its users. All of client’s changes are processed within policy and at the best cost available and it takes only a few clicks. The client even gets a confirmation email, once a transaction is completed with the carrier.
Recently, the company announced that it has been selected by ROEL Construction, an ENR ranked Top 400 Contractor for the last 18 years, to automate the management of their corporate cell phone environment. eMOBUS said its EMM platform will help ROEL Construction to reduce time in managing their mobile devices. eMOBUS’ EMM platform not only improves cost allocation but also takes the guesswork out of pairing plans with users’ devices and their usage.
