Radish System, a company known for its ChoiceView 'Communications-as-a-Service' technology recently announced that its award-winning ChoiceView App is now available for Android (News - Alert) devices.
The ChoiceView app from Radish Systems is targeted at the customer service, mobile commerce and tech support driven businesses, as well as individual PC users. Using the existing networks, the app help its users communicate in real-time, through voice and visual information with a mobile device. Users of Android-based smartphones and tablets can now enjoy the simultaneous voice and visual features of the ChoiceView app, which has been designed to improve the way businesses support their mobile customers, field force and other mobile stakeholders.
According to a press release, ChoiceView solutions feature advanced capabilities including the ability to talk or text on a smartphone, and simultaneous receiving and viewing of visual information sent either by a ChoiceView-enabled business representative or Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
The visual information that can be delivered through the app include schematics, videos, maps, photos, web pages, order forms, diagrams, or just about any visual data such as a hotel reservation, a doctor's diet and exercise regimen, complex installation instructions or even a coupon.
The visual information can be saved for later use and allows the business to track the data exchange. In case of a dropped call by a mobile carrier, the app allows the user to reconnect the call.
Radish claimed that its mobile app can increase comprehension, problem-solving and recall by as much as 50 percent.
“The mobile market is rapidly growing and changing. Proactive businesses have a mobile strategy serving smart mobile device users. Now with the ChoiceView App available on the Android as well as Apple (News - Alert) mobile devices, businesses can communicate using simultaneous voice and visual with the majority of mobile stakeholders. There is nothing more frustrating than trying to understand complex information over the telephone without referencing a visual and receiving clear explanations about what the visual is showing. With ChoiceView, we've now developed a solution for businesses to communicate more effectively with mobile customers,” said CEO of Radish Systems (News - Alert) Theresa Szczurek in a statement.
A few months back, Radish Systems announced that telecommunications industry professionals – Thomas Colamonico, vice president of sales, Jackie McDonald (News - Alert), director of customer care and John Meteer, channel sales manager – have joined the Radish Systems team, with offices in California, Connecticut and Florida.
