Turkcell (News - Alert) has selected Telco 2.0-enabled versions of Service Provider Gateway and Service Control and Management Environment (SCME) components from Telenity. The technology will transform the company’s mobile network into a Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer platform. Also, Turkcell’s Telco 2.0 Service Provider Gateway will be upgraded with Telenity’s Canvas CSP (News

In another story, Opera Software will acquire Mobile Theory and 4th Screen Advertising, Ltd. Mobile Theory, a mobile advertising network based in San Francisco, Calif., enables some of the world's top brands and agencies to deliver advertising campaigns. Reaching more than 50 million mobile Internet users on over 300 mobile sites and apps, Mobile Theory sees 2 billion impressions per month.
It was also reported on TMCnet that Message Systems has increased its growth rate. The company makes advanced messaging products. Along with Message Scope, a tool for improved customer care and messaging security, the company has rolled out new versions of Mobile Momentum, the mobile-enabled single platform solution for multi-channel messaging. The company also unveiled an enhanced version of Adaptive Delivery.
