Exadel, a software engineering company, and Aepona, a “Network as a Service” (NaaS) provider, just announced that they will be develop a partnership that will change the way that developers and operators work to create mobile applications. Now, people who are using Exadel's Tiggzi Mobile App Builder development environment can also have access to the billing and authentication APIs that Aepona has to offer through its service provider partners.

This means you can create an application that bills without using any credit cards or PayPal (News - Alert), making customers feel a higher sense of security. Aepona isn't stopping there, though. It plans to provide new services that will let developers create apps that will let its users interact further with service providers.

Tiggzi has been gaining some ground already with developers around the world, helping corporations get apps on the market in a minimal amount of time and with a reduced investment in application licensing costs. The mobile applications developed through Tiggzi are usable through different types of mobile devices.

“Exadel has made it much easier for developers to access the network resources of Aepona's service provider partners by integrating their services into the Tiggzi Mobile App Builder environment,” said Kevin Wagner, Aepona's SVP of Corporate Marketing and Business Development. “With Tiggzi, network operators' billing and authentication APIs are easily built into a well-designed app, providing a low-friction way to create a convenient in-app payment experience.”

Aepona's been working with cloud and network service monetization, creating software for communications providers for more than a decade. Its authentication APIs let businesses cater to the client in a way not previously possible: through their cell bill. The application can offer refunds and manage recurring payments as well directly through the API. This new partnership will allow the further expansion of the API onto developers that have the same goal in mind.
