ArdaCOM LLC and NewNet Communication Technologies, LLC have entered into a joint reseller agreement, focused on selling innovative messaging products and solutions.
As part of the agreement, ArdaCOM and NewNet CT (News - Alert), a global player in SS7 signaling and messaging applications, will engage in sales and marketing activities for SMS-based messaging applications, targeting Mobile Network Operators worldwide.

The new agreement would allow both companies will to gather and share market intelligence and collaborate on sales opportunities in the wireless messaging infrastructure and applications market.

ArdaCOM’s SMD-V (voice-only) application provides call answering to growing subscriber segments that do not use or do not like voicemail, delivering voice messages as audio files to their email addresses.
