InsideSales.com (News - Alert), a provider of a predictive dialer that optimizes sales and frees up crucial time in any contact center, has recently released PowerStandings, a gamification incentive platform for sales representatives.
When leveraging this solution, sales professionals will now be able to compete against each other in an environment that is more interactive and results oriented while also driving performance. They will also earn a profile based on a PowerScore which is updated live to showcase their performance based on a scale of one to 100.
Released at the company’s VIP press event earlier this week, the game-changing toolset PowerStandings has been integrated seamlessly within the Salesforce CRM interface and significantly enhances performance as well as the overall user experience.
The dialer enables a single agent to make around 350 to 400 calls per day, free from any type of hassle. The technology is so intelligent in fact that it can figure out which leads to dial and when to dial them, optimizing the sales process so no time is wasted.
Some of the specific features of PowerStandings include a standings bar, which is similar to a standings bar found in popular video games. Within the standings bar, the agent’s daily scores, which are based on daily call and appointments set are compared against the average of their team or company. It also has a points- based social interaction feature that allows representatives to “trash talk” with each other.

In the PowerStandings product, managers can create different challenges, such as a daily dials metric or closed revenue that allow sales reps to compete against each other and achieve rewards and earn badges to demonstrate their successes. Using leaderboards displayed on large monitors throughout the office, reps can also see real time performance rankings. This will be a game changer to the inside sales world."
