It was a busy week in the Free Predictive Dialer sector. Here are some of the major stories from TMCnet.
InsideSales.com has launched PowerText, adding text messaging to the company’s PowerSuite sales automation and predictive dialer platform. PowerText is an SMS toolset, and is accessible in the Salesforce CRM interface. It can automatically deliver, capture and log a text message and its response. The information can be used to report sales progress and to use text messaging to drive sales.
In another story, Dialtel, a provider of voice broadcasting/predictive dialing, virtual PBX (News - Alert) and a virtual call center, is now offering a hosted dialer solution. It can be employed to increase business insurance leads.
TMCnet also reported that InsideSales.com (News - Alert) recently released PowerStandings, a gamification incentive platform for sales reps. Sales pros can use the platform to compete against each other. They will be evaluated using a PowerScore. The platform is integrated in the Salesforce CRM interface.
In addition, Toshiba America Information Systems will integrate OAISYS’s Talkument and Tracer call recording solutions into its IPedge IP business telephone system. With the deal, IPedge users will see lower costs associated with SIP trunking, and get targeted, real-time call recording control and streamlined call retrieval and management.
TMCnet also said that Empirix (News - Alert) has partnered with Genesys, a provider of customer experience solutions including a predictive dialer. Both companies will jointly offer Genesys’ (News
- Alert) Testing-as-a-Service, powered by Empirix to their mutual customers.
