It was a busy week in the Free Predictive Dialer sector. Here are some of the major stories from TMCnet.

TMCnet’s Jamie Epstein reported that Kunnect’s free dialer provides the capabilities of a premises-based system at a lower cost. It is used by call centers worldwide.

In another story, predictive dialer provider Dialtel will offer free data to merchant service providers to improve automated lead generation. MSPs will be able to deliver messages to businesses across the United States to generate multiple leads for their business.

It was also reported that InsideSales.com, a cloud-based provider of sales automation and analytics for sales pros who use predictive dialers, has launched PowerSocial. This is made up of four social media communication tools, which help to drive sales. The platforms include LinkedIn, Twitter (News - Alert), Google+ and Facebook. They can be used in the same interface with the company’s PowerDialer for Salesforce 5.0 platform.

Also, Noojee Telephony Solutions, a telephony solutions company in Australia, has partnered with Out of the Box (News - Alert) Solutions, a Melbourne-based business marketing agency. Nojee Telephony Solutions will increase its brand visibility, website traffic and build awareness around its extensive product range, the company said.

It was also reported that Dialtel has different campaign styles to meet client’s individual needs. It conducts polls, surveys, mass notifications, live transfers and voicemail leads. Currently, Dialtel is targeting many industries and providing ideas to its clients on how they can best market themselves to their respective verticals.
