prairieFyre Software Unveils New Contact Center Offering, Boasting Predictive Dialer Functionality

prairieFyre Software, a provider of contact center solutions including a predictive dialer that is free from hassle, recently unveiled Contact Center for Microsoft (News - Alert) Lync Version 5.10.1.


Contact Center for Microsoft Lync is a modular software suite built on the Voice-over-IP and UC architecture of Microsoft Lync Server 2010. It is suitable for small to medium-sized contact centers looking to combine the advanced enterprise voice features of the Lync platform with an automatic call distributor and management applications.

The new version, 5.10.1 boasts of many highlighting features which help enhance the overall customer experience. It features an integral auto attendant and out of queue capabilities that allows callers with self-serve options to access information and direct their calls to the appropriate department or individual without going through a receptionist, thus freeing them from any associated complexity.

With the addition of the new ANI and DNIS routing features, Contact Center for Microsoft Lync is able to automatically route callers to specialized agents, extensions and queues based on the caller's phone number or dialed number. Also, the new screen-pop feature allows a caller’s information to be leveraged to automatically open the appropriate CRM record as the call is routed to the agent's Lync 2010 client.
