Free Predictive Dialer Provider Kunnect Unveils Electionear Smartphone Application

With the presidential election right around the corner, campaigners are busy interacting with voters using call center telephony solutions like free predictive dialers that provide them with the most cost-effective way to launch election campaigns.

This robust dialer gives users access to an automatic call distributor that powers intelligent call queuing functionality to deliver personalized call treatment and supports effective routing decisions. It also complies with federal rules related to communications with customers.

Kunnect, a cloud-based call center telephony provider known for its free predictive dialer, in partnership with Organizer has just launched a new solution to further heat up election campaign.

The Electionear calling campaign app for smartphones lets you have “high-impact conversations with voters and constituents without wasting precious time and money in the process,” the company said.

Powered by Kunnect’s tier 1 carrier network and intuitive pacing algorithms, the solution leverages the power of smartphones and cloud-based telephony to take political conversations offline and into the real world. With the help of smartphones, it can also capture and transmit useful information back to campaigns.

“Kunnect is excited to work with Organizer to create this unique mobile application. It will surely have an impact on the upcoming 2012 political landscape,” said Fred Côté, president of Kunnect, in a statement.

The free predictive dialer provider’s offerings are hosted in the Amazon cloud and can be deployed extremely quickly with no hardware required. The solutions work with virtually any browser and can scale to meet any load demands.

“Kunnect is no stranger to working with political parties to help them achieve their calling objectives, but it’s nice to work with someone who is leading the pack with innovative solutions to age old challenges,” Côté added.

The smartphone app can also be used to inform consumers about candidate preferences and opinions on key issues. This information can be used to track progress on a daily or even hourly basis.

“Technology can and should facilitate more human interaction, not less,” added Organizer CEO Ralph Garvin, Jr. “We’re building products that will make investing in more person-to-person contact a smart decision for all kinds of organizations, from Presidential campaigns to local businesses. It’s very exciting.”

Last week, TMCnet reported that Kunnect was shortlisted in Capacity Magazine’s (News - Alert) 2012 Awards in two categories: Best Technology Partner and Best Niche/New Player. Capacity Awards 2012 will be hosted in Amsterda, on November 13, 2012, where the winners and runner-ups will be officially unveiled.
