In an announcement by SADA Systems, integrated Google (News - Alert) Apps eLearning for Gmail, Calendar, Docs and Sites will be now included by SADA Systems for all its future customers. The training courses are powered by Boost eLearning. The training solutions are available separately for $10/user/year. For new customers, when they purchase Google Apps licenses through SADA, the training solutions will be included in the $50/user/year price for the first year.

Updated training courses material will be provided to the customers within 15 business days of a new Google Apps feature rollout. Customers will be also able to access the training materials through the Google Apps interface under the “more” button. Users who have gone through the training can be tracked with a reporting system. Employees can go over specific feature as many times as needed as the lessons are broken up into short, easy-to-digest sections and indexed courses.

Comprehensive self paced skills development training is provided by SADA’s Google Apps eLearning Course. Based on the fundamentals of adult learning theory, the training course is an integral component of a full change management strategy. An employee’s ability to benefit from the full functionality of Google Apps on their own schedule, at their own pace is reinforced with SADA’s Google Apps eLearning training program.

According to Safoian, the necessary skills for employees to benefit from the full functionality of the Google Apps suite are fostered by their program. This is true even for employees who have never used Gmail or other Google Apps products in the past.
