DX.com Improves Services for Australian Customers

DX.com has announced it is improving services for Australian customers through a new program designed to enhance order processing, tracking and shipping efficiency.

The new program, “AU Direct,” is directly at its large Australian customer base and is currently shipping to Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania and South Australia. These shipping destinations will be expanded in the near future, according to company officials.


“DX's AU Direct program will allow us to serve our Australian customers better than ever before. We anticipate a huge response to this upgrade in our services,” said Qiu, DX.com senior marketing executive.

Deliveries in Australia will be made through Toll Global Express – a well established express logistics company in Australia.

Receiving products on time improves brand loyalty with customers and the company claims it delivers orders to customers within 5-7 business days to most destinations in Australia.

New Zealand's transport and logistics company TOLL will provide delivery information for DX.com. However, the company points out that delivery times may vary during peak order periods, inclement weather or other conditions outside of DX's control.

Recently, the company announced new iPad accessories that include items like an LCD FM transmitter as well as a Compact Portable Mini Projector so customers always have access to all the latest tech items for their iPad devices.
