Qualys(R), Inc., a provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) IT security risk and compliance management solutions, has recently entered a partnership agreement with Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center (MS-ISAC).
According to the terms of partnership agrement, both the companies will work toward providing IT security and compliance management solutions to local and state government agencies with in the cloud.
The MS-ISAC will offer the QualysGuard suite of services to the state, local, territorial and tribal (SLTT) governments, helping them to identify, mitigate, and manage regulatory compliance, while reducing costs and streamlining operations. The services will be offered through MS-ISACs 24x7 cyber security operations center.

Qualys was recently recognized in the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal's "Fast Private" list, a ranking of the top private companies in the Silicon Valley based on percentage of revenue growth from 2008 to 2010. Qualys ranked #48, highlighting increasing customer adoption of the QualysGuard IT security and compliance solutions, delivered in the cloud via SaaS. The "Fast Private" award is the latest in a series of accolades for Qualys. This year alone, Qualys earned three SC Magazine Awards including the prestigious Best Security Company in the Excellence Awards category.
