The bone crushing truth about your workforce is that it’s being crippled by your lack of the right technology.  

Perhaps one of the most fearful parts to being in the HR department is that you’re under the gun to constantly keep employees happy, well-informed and productive.

A new report, “What Keeps HR up at Night?” by SilkRoad, sheds light on the fears around the disconnect between employees and company goals and shocking truths about how people really feel about their jobs.

Another wicked true reality is that you can easily kill the vibe of your workforce before an employee even has their first day on the job if you’re not careful.  Setting the tone from the get-go is key.

A closer look at a recent Glint study shows new hires that have poor on boarding experiences are eight times more likely to be disengaged at work.

But not everything is frightening and scary. There are some benefits and some real opportunities with HCM too.

The Global Human Capital Trends 2016 report said 74 percent of execs are making digital HR a top priority for their businesses and picking a platform to match their needs doesn’t have to daunting.
