While most call centers and offices keep regular check upon their infrastructure and business assets, telecommunications equipment environment and hygiene are somewhat ignored by the organizations, or at least not offered as much care and attention that they deserve.
With an aim to address the issue, Corporate Telecoms, a UK based company has announced it will provide a single stop shop service for all call centers and office based businesses throughout the UK, for no charge at all.
The new completely free of charge headset consultancy service by Corporate Telecoms will enable call centers and office based businesses to have their telecoms equipment, working environment and equipment hygiene reviewed by a consultant that will be having at least 20 years of industry experience. It will allow these enterprises to establish a more efficient workflow within a health-friendly and enhanced environment.
Consultant from Corporate Telecoms will arrive at the premises of the organization to offer a detailed review and analysis, taking 6 vital aspects into account, such as telecoms equipment assessments, hygiene training and advice on day to day telecoms equipment maintenance. The consultant will offer an honest review of the office or call centre, and will also suggest which changes can be made within the organization to leverage maximum benefit from its current infrastructure and setup.
Call Centers and offices can also receive vital guidance and assistance from the consultant in implementing unified communications solutions. The consultant will also assess the call center or organization in six different aspects, which are named Noise level Assessment, Telecoms Equipment Cleaning and Hygiene, Impartial Headset Review, Acoustic Shock Awareness, Unified Communications (News - Alert) and Headset Repairs and Buy Backs.
Under the Noise level Assessment, the consultant will analyze the equipments of office and will offer proper advice on the correct equipment to use to counter higher noise levels. Similarly, within the Telecoms Equipment Cleaning and Hygiene aspect, the consultant will explain how unattended equipment hygiene can pose serious health related problems for the office workforce, and how can the organizations resolve the issue to ensure a clean and safe environment for the employees. The consultant will scrutinize the current headset set-up of the enterprise under the Impartial Headset Review, and will offer vital advice on the necessary changes to be made within the setup.
