Avotus Corporation, provider of groundbreaking technology-based total telecom cost management (TTCM) solutions today announced that it will be partnering with Cisco Developer Network as a Registered Developer within the Unified Communications technology category.

The Avotus (News - Alert) announcement also included information on their ICM UM 7.3 which had successfully completed interoperability testing with CISCO Unified Communication Manager, 7.1.
