John Ryan, a global retail marketing agency, recently announced that it has come up with a new digital signage monitoring application that helps banks identify and solve their network problems as soon as they arise.
Unlike other screen monitoring systems, the new solution from John Ryan can simultaneously poll the status of components across the network, allowing the banks to spot and resolve the problems in the network without any delay. The solution can also identify and solve problems in system components such as onsite player PCs. The solution is ideal for large networks, and ensures that bank’s networks are always ready to deliver valuable messages reliably.
“Digital signage is rapidly becoming a critical bank-marketing tool. For this reason, ability to ensure system uptime is becoming increasingly important,” said Gary Madgwick, chief technology officer for John Ryan, in a statement. “Recent client feedback and proposals from banks motivated us to create a monitoring service that can proactively manage large-scale, secure networks.”
“This new system may help bank marketers manage perhaps their greatest hurdle to digital signage network assurance - the uncertainty that marketing messages are being delivered reliably,” explained Madgwick. “Banks that use the technology can be confident that digital signage is effectively communicating information to customers inside their branch.”
