Shyam (News - Alert) Koneru, director of UC and collaboration engineering at Spanlink said in a press release, “Choosing the right integrator is just as important as choosing the right technology; the desired outcomes depend entirely on the technology being properly deployed. He went on to add that in addition to the TelePresence ATP, Spanlink holds Cisco’s Master Specialization in Unified Communications, another indication of its high level of engineering talent.
Enumerating the benefits that would accrue by deploying certified Cisco TelePresence Video solutions, Spanlink noted that the solutions would help companies leverage technology to alter how they worked. It maintained that it would also help cut costs and increase productivity.
Moreover, the video solutions would reduce travel time and expenses, improve on existing processes, increase workplace flexibility by enabling remote contact and also optimize time. All this would significantly impact operational expenses.
On February 7, 2012, Spanlink Communications announced that it has been recognized with a Customer Satisfaction Excellence award from Cisco Systems (News - Alert). This designation, symbolized by a gold star, acknowledges Spanlink for delivering outstanding customer service to its contact center and collaboration customers, and is the highest distinction a Cisco Channel Partner (News - Alert) can receive.
