Message Systems, a provider of messaging solutions, has added new capabilities to its products that are essential for supporting customer communications in the mobile world.
The first product, Mobile Momentum, features the ability to transform messages across channels such as e-mail, Short Message Service (SMS) and Multimedia Message Service (MMS) automatically and in real time.
Message Systems unveiled Mobile Momentum last year. The product, according to company officials, is a single-platform solution for enabling multi-channel communication by sending and receiving SMS messages and transforming them to and from hosted Exchange e-mail based on customer preferences.
The second product, Message Scope, is a customer care solution, offering access to information about email and text messages.
The availability of Mobile Momentum and Message Scope enables organizations to overcome challenges. Organizations can enrich their customers’ communications experience and strengthen brand loyalty, achieve differentiation in the marketplace, and lower operating costs by leveraging Message Systems’ solutions.
“Messaging is fundamental to the mobile experience, and within more and more industries, the mobile experience is becoming the customer experience. Yet many companies find that even when they deploy a mobile messaging capability, they cannot fully engage customers and provide a smooth brand experience,” said George Schlossnagle, chief executive officer for Message Systems, in a statement.
