Panaton Unveils New Voice Conferencing Solution for Mobile Phones Integrated with CRM Solutions

Communication software company Panaton Inc. has unveiled a new mobile service, called as Panaton Conferencing, which integrates conference calls with corporate customer relationship management software.

According to a press release, Panaton Conferencing is a voice conferencing solution that features a brand new approach towards service usability. The Panaton Conferencing Standard Edition eliminates the need to remember PIN codes or to dial many numbers. The user can initiate a conference call with just a few clicks using the mobile phone.

With the help of new Panaton Conferencing solution, geographically spread teams can set up conference calls on their mobile phones quickly and intuitively without entering PIN numbers, searching for the nearest Wi-Fi zone or dialing numerous phone numbers.

The new Panaton Conferencing service is ideal for business organizations whose representatives travel frequently, for independent consultants, distribution networks and sales teams.

Integrated with several CRM solutions, the new Panaton Conferencing service facilitates every user to start voice conference calls between his Salesforce, SugarCRM, Plaxo, Outlook and Google (News - Alert) contacts.

Dejan Nenov, CEO of Panaton, said in the release, "Our main goal is to answer the need for a new solution allowing to quickly and intuitively start voice conferences on the move no matter whether the customers are using their laptops or just their mobile phones and even when they don't have access to the Internet. Panaton Conferencing enables our clients to successfully make conference calls being in their office, in the restaurant, at the airport, car or train."

Nenov added, "Integration with well-known CRM solutions as well as Outlook gives customers great flexibility when fixing time for regular weekly conference calls as well as initiating urgent calls with partners, clients or other corporate contacts. Panaton is optimized for users who travel on a frequent basis, value their time and who would like to set up conference calls with just a few clicks of their mobile phones."

Available on all major mobile phones using BlackBerry, Android, Windows Mobile, Symbian, Java ME and iPhone (News - Alert) platforms, as well as personal computers using Windows, OS X operational systems or different Linux distributions, the Panaton Conferencing features archiving and reporting tools as well. It stores all details about the participants and the conversation. In addition, the user can send the conference as MP3 file to partners or third parties.

Company officials said that Panaton's voice media processing is based on a proprietary clustering of Asterisk (News - Alert) switches, thereby enabling maximum scalability and availability to customers. This eliminates reservation of preliminary conference room.

Apart from enabling persons who are required to make a quick conference call on the fly, the new Panaton Conferencing service can also offer added value to the offers of telecommunication operators and Internet Service Providers, as well as to companies in other business segments such as virtual offices, exhibitions and special events organizers, hotel and travel services, online collaboration and communication services.
