Parallels, a provider of hosted exchange and cloud service enablement services, unveiled new strategic Cloud Infrastructure and Hosted PBX (News - Alert) solutions. On this occasion, the company has also offered support for Microsoft Office 365 Syndication and Hyper-V Cloud.

According to Parallels, these new products help the company to explore the markets in small and medium business cloud consumption.

Parallels is announcing a series of new products and programs resulting from the insights gained from the SMB research project, which are expected to help service providers. The company is launching and supporting Increased Investment in the APS Program, Microsoft (News - Alert) System Center Hyper-V Cloud, Parallels Automation for Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Office 365 Syndication, and Hosted PBX among other features.

"They are demanding a trusted, full service provider to deliver the integrated and complete portfolio of IT services they need. Today, there aren’t many that can provide the full service offering or keep up with the increasing expectations from their customers.”

By reselling hosted exchange services such as BroadSoft (News - Alert) BroadWorks, service providers will be able to quickly and easily add hosted PBX and other VoIP service. With Parallels Automation, they can quickly deploy Microsoft’s System Center Hyper-V Cloud virtualization. Parallels has expanded the suite of Microsoft products available to service providers with the addition of Hyper-V support. Also, with the help of Microsoft System Center and Parallels Automation, they can manage Hyper-V virtual machines, offer self-service control panels and implement a multi-tier reseller channel.

Recently, MessageSolution (News - Alert), Inc., a provider of enterprise e-mail, file systems, and SharePoint Software as a Service (SaaS), announced its integration with Parallels' provisioning and billing system, Parallels Automation platform. The Parallels Automation encompasses a complete provisioning system to deliver business automation management and a billing/reporting system. It facilitates managed service providers (MSPs) and hosting firms to deliver SaaS (News - Alert) archiving and eDiscovery solutions to SME and enterprise customers.
