Erado, a provider of hosted solutions for capture, review, and archiving of electronic communications, announced the launch of Microsoft (News - Alert) Office 365 compliance services.

With its new Microsoft Office 365 Archiving & Encryption offering, Erado makes archiving and encrypting of Office 365 hosted Exchange easier than ever, company officials said.

The service captures and archives all hosted Exchange mail traffic, and automatically encrypts sensitive e-mails. Utilizing the built-in envelope journaling, the archiving service delivers advanced compliance and e-discovery capabilities.

Microsoft Office 365 Archiving & Encryption service also features a SecureMail policy-based encryption that assures that information sent over e-mail stays private by utilizing Office 365's easy to configure smart hosting.

In June, Microsoft officially launched Office 365, the "cloud-based" version of Office, featuring the entire Office productivity suite and collaboration capabilities. Office 365 offers a range of service plans with monthly prices ranging from $2 to $27 per user per month.

Erado provides a suite of patent pending hosted solutions for capture, review, and archiving of electronic communications, including e-mail, instant messaging, and social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter (News - Alert).

Recently Erado announced that National Planning Holdings (NPH), an independent broker-dealer network, selected Erado to offer social media compliance services. Leveraging the Erado solution, NPH is expected to roll out social media capabilities to more than 3,500 affiliated representatives by the fall of 2011.

The company will use Erado’s solutions to allow its representatives to utilize the interactive social networks of LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter to communicate with clients and establish innovative business development programs.
