BMC Software’s (News - Alert) Remedyforce Help Desk tool and SherWeb's hosted Exchange business e-mail and collaboration solutions are now available to Canadian channel partners for purchase.

Ingram Micro (News - Alert), which is recognized as the IT industry's leading cloud services aggregator, says that partners can purchase these solutions from the Ingram Micro Cloud.

The Ingram Micro Cloud offers channel partners access to hundreds of business, strategy, marketing, technical and sales resources.

Launched in 2010, the website will soon allow solution providers to shop, procure, provision and obtain invoices for their cloud services directly from Ingram Micro.

BMC Remedyforce is also available to Ingram Micro channel partners in the U.S., and potential users are encouraged to try it free of cost for 30 days.
