IT solutions company Isos Technology will now resell Google Apps for government organizations. The company has extended its services as an authorized reseller of the Google (News - Alert) Apps suite of communication and collaboration tools.

Isos Technology is a member of the Google Apps Authorized Reseller program as a business solutions provider of Google Apps Services.

The Google Apps Reseller program, notes Isos, includes resellers, consultants and independent software vendors that sell, service and customize Google Apps for Business for their customers.

"The Google Apps Reseller program and Google Apps for Government will help us enhance the value of Google Apps for government organizations," said Daniel Riley, vice president of Services for Isos Technology. "The Google Apps for Government edition offers the same broad set of powerful APIs found in Google Apps for Business, and will enable us to provide a variety of IT solutions to government organizations. Isos Technology provides a range of products and services including Google Apps Reseller, Setup Services, Remote Administration and Support, Development and Customization, and Advanced System Integration.

Hosted by Google, Google Apps can be used by organizations of any size to streamline setup, minimize maintenance and reduce IT costs.

According to Isos Technology, it was provided with training, support and deployment services by Google. The company was also given access to APIs for integrating Google Apps into its customers' business operations.
