Send Word Now, a worldwide provider of emergency notification and incident management services, now offers mass notification industry's first fully integrated, next-generation IVR Designer.
Officials with Send Word Now said that the new Interactive Voice Response designer provides a simple toolkit for creating inbound voice applications that can quickly and easily be deployed within the existing infrastructure.
Company officials said that the dynamic tool allows customers to create custom, self-service applications for employees and consumers.
And, in order to ensure that the IVR Designer delivers the best features and controls, Send Word Now designed the tool in direct collaboration with key customers and stakeholders.
"We are proud to offer our customers this exciting new way to control how they interact with their employees and customers through dynamic voice and messaging services," said Tony Schmitz, president and CEO of Send Word Now, in a statement.
Schmitz said that Send Word Now's IVR Designer provides a highly customizable, flexible and simple framework for creating custom inbound business applications.
“And, like all of our other services, the tool is fully-integrated within our core alerting platform and available domestically and internationally," he said.
Back in July, Send Word Now announced that it is the first provider in the industry to offer a robust suite of mobile applications across all three major devices – BlackBerry, iPhone (News - Alert), and Android. With the release of its Android application, the company completed its robust suite of best-in-class mobile applications for alerting.
All Send Word Now native mobile applications offer a custom-built user interface for increased speed and reliability and the most robust feature set in the emergency notification sector. The mobile applications allow administrators to send out critical messages on the fly, no matter where they are, across any device. Alerts are tracked from initiation to response, directly from the mobile device.
