Inc. magazine has released its annual Inc. 500|5000 list ranking the nations fastest growing private companies. This year the magazine highlighted Ifbyphone, ranking it within the top 300. Ifbyphone (News - Alert) helps companies manage, measure, and automate its sales and service calls by providing voice-based marketing solutions.
Ifbyphone works in six steps to help businesses automate their services. First the solution captures leads whether by voice or e-mail and converts them into a readable lead, which can be tracked. Once completed, the prospect will automatically receive a personalized greeting and instant callback. When the agent speaks with the lead they have access to a scoring service that requires them to ask specific IVR questions and will forward prospects based on their responses.
After scoring, lead nurturing will begin by gathering prospect info using voice surveys and other notifications. The data gets transferred to an analytics solution to generate real-time reports and determine campaigns with the greatest ROI. Finally, the solution combines all of the data collected into a management application such as Salesforce or Google (News
- Alert) Analytics for user-friendly access and tracking.
In order to be eligible for the magazine’s ranking companies had to show a minimum of 770 percent in sales growth. Eric Schurenberg, Inc. magazine editor said it’s not the largest companies that matter, but the ones showing the most potential. “Now, more than ever, we depend on Inc. 500|5000 companies to spur innovation, provide jobs, and drive the economy forward. Growth companies, not large corporations, are where the action is,” said Schurenberg. It’s this automated system that has made Ifbyphone one of the fastest growing companies and ranked 249 on Inc. magazine’s 31annual Inc. 500|5000.
“This ranking serves as validation of Ifbyphone’s continued momentum and rapid growth,” said Irv Shapiro (News - Alert), CEO of Ifbyphone. “We are honored to be named to the Inc. 500 list alongside so many other influential entrepreneurs and industry leaders.”
Since its formation, Ifbyphone has continued to see tremendous growth. Just last year the company released information showing it had seen an increase in revenue of up to 50 percent since 2010. “Our Inc. 500 ranking not only confirms Ifbyphone’s position as a SaaS (News
- Alert) technology leader, but points to the growing importance of voice-based marketing automation in the B2B space,” said Shapiro. “Marketers increasingly recognize the significance of measuring and managing direct customer interaction to have complete data for decision making.”
