eZeeCLOUD Selects atom technologies to Offer IVR-based m-commerce Solutions

eZeeCLOUD Infoserves, a provider of travel solutions, announced a partnership with atom technologies, a subsidiary of Financial Technologies and provider of m-commerce solutions, to facilitate payments over Web, IVR and mobile payment platforms.

Under the terms of the agreement, eZeeCLOUD will deploy atom's Web, IVR and mobile payment platforms, giving customers the option to make payments through atom Paynetz (Net/IPG based payments), atom IVR (Payments on the call) and atom Mobile Apps.

The partnership is part of eZeeCLOUD’s efforts to improve customer satisfaction for more than 2,500 hotels registered on its portal. atom's sophisticated and user-friendly payment services will assist the hotels registered with eZeeCLOUD to accept payments on a real-time basis and enable round-the-clock transactions, company officials said.

 atom technologies delivers m-commerce solutions to government and private sector firms across various industry verticals such as DTH, utilities, travel and tourism, mutual funds, insurance, education, entertainment, retail and the like.

atom's IVR payment technologies provide end users with the flexibility of choosing various payment options and conducting transactions 24/7 in a secure manner. The payment solutions ensure that the customer's credit card, debit card and bank account details stay absolutely secure while they shop for eZeeCLOUD's travel products."atom is the market leader in the IVR (interactive voice response) payment solutions services in India with a market share of over 80 percent,” said Dewang Neralla, director & CEO, atom technologies, in a statement.

According to Neralla, atom currently has a huge network for IPG/net banking payments and has tied up with more than 30 banks for this facility.
