Ifbyphone Named a Finalist for the Annual Chicago Innovation Awards

Ifbyphone, a company that won a 2011 TMC (News - Alert) Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award for MyLeadResponder and a 2010 Internet Telephony (News - Alert) Product of the Year Award for SourceTracker, has just been named a finalist for the Chicago Innovation Awards.
The company is one of 75 finalists selected from over 400 nominations for the awards, which honor the most innovative products and services from the Chicago region that have come to the market or to the public sector.
Ifbyphone Interact, the nominated service package, provides a method for tracking, managing and measuring sales-related phone calls. By measuring their telephone sales outcomes, companies can have a better picture of their online marketing results.
Calls can be automatically routed based on the source of the lead, increasing a company’s chance of closing the sale.

Interact includes all of the necessary services required to set up a virtual contact center. The package offers lead capture, lead response (including MyLeadResponder), lead scoring (including SourceTrak), lead nurturing, analytics and application integration in addition to basic phone services.
Companies can order Interact starting at $149.95 per month. For the basic rate, customers get 1,000 free minutes, four local U.S. phone numbers and one toll-free number. Companies also receive live support from Ifbyphone experts as they implement the Interact package.
Automated communications provided by Interact include SMS messaging and voice broadcasting. Companies can integrate the platform using built-in applications and partner integrations, or they can develop their own solutions with Interact’s API and self-service IVR tools.
