It’s time to get back to the grind with another summer come and gone, but here in the technology space it’s the buzzing news as usual. Let’s look at what happened in hosted IVR this week.
This week eZeeCLOUD implemented a new mobile payment platform, thanks to atom technologies, a Financial Technologies Group Enterprise.
According to the report, eZeeCLOUD serves the hospitality industry, thus having Web-based payment options makes it easier for guests to make payments securely and easily.
“Our hospitality ecosystem will provide real-time and synchronized information flow for hotels, travel agents, corporate clients and guests,” said Rajesh Kumar Kotta, CEO and founder, eZeeCLOUD. “We are aiming at becoming the largest aggregator of properties, with real-time connectivity to all the solutions in our ecosystem.”

In other news, market intelligence from Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert) tells us that Contact Solutions, a hosted IVR firm, has been recognized in an annual report that examines the contact center market and the solutions of quality designed to support contact center operations.
The firm was noted for its “growth in the contact center marketplace: the company grew nearly twice as fast as the contact center market in 2011 and is firmly established as one of the top five competitors in the hosted IVR market after having leapfrogged a large competitor last year.”
