IVR Telephone Payments in the Cloud Help Software Vendors, VARs Maximize Revenue

Interactive voice response (IVR) telephone payment specialist, Datatel Communication Technologies, has announced a new partnership program to enable software vendors and VAR’s to maximize revenue opportunities by incorporating IVR credit card payments in to its product and service offerings.

As a result, it directly rewards software vendors and VARs for sales of IVR telephone payment services in the cloud.

According to Datatel Communication, the company delivers telephone IVR credit card and IVR ACH payments in the cloud to businesses and government, which removes the collection and transmission of customer credit card and banking information away from live agents and in-house systems – a critical milestone to achieving PCI (News - Alert) compliance.

Callers can pay bills, fees and contributions over the telephone 24/7 in a secure environment, according to Datatel. The IVR payment expert said there is no investment in hardware or software for its cloud solution.

It offers out-of-the-box templates designed for a wide range of business applications and industries, making IVR telephone payment implementation quick and simple.

Partners in this program receive experienced sales support to close more business, marketing, training and technical support, backed by an experienced partner team.

Recently, Datatel announced it is expanding relationships with credit card payment gateways to provide more choices to its clients. The company said that by adding new payment gateway choices, its clients can use their existing merchant accounts, reduce implementation costs and accelerate time to market when implementing IVR credit card payments for products and services.
