PDC4U's PCI Compliant PayPhone Makes Cash Management a Bit Simpler

Cash management may well be one of the most vital functions a company has. Essentially, all functions of a company exist to facilitate the entrance of cash and regulate its outflow so that it provides the most overall value to the system. Thus, earlier today, PDC4U announced its new PayPhone system, designed to help manage the income and outflow of cash into the system.
PayPhone joins an already substantial suite of what PDC4U calls its Cash Acceleration Management suite. What PayPhone offers, meanwhile, is the ability for corporate clients to send their customers a phone number by a variety of means, including e-mail, text message, automated dialer, or as part of a billing statement. With that phone number in hand, the customer can then call said number and be greeted by a fully customizable--at the customer's level--interactive voice payment system, which allows the customer to make payments via credit card, or via a variety of other methods, with a complete walkthrough courtesy of a virtual agent.
The walkthrough makes the process of paying easier, which increases the likelihood that it will be done, and be done promptly. Since the phone number in question can be put directly onto an invoice, or incorporated into a QR code, or even linked to an online payment portal, it allows for most of the common contact methods to be observed, meaning that no one will have to go looking around for a means to access the payment system.
Sure, a QR code is a good idea, if someone at the customer's operation has a way to read a QR code. If not, then a QR code is really little more than squiggles on a page. But most everyone has an Internet connection, and those who don't almost certainly have a phone line. Thus, PDC4U's system allows the widest possible range of contact options.
Prompt payment of receivables keeps companies running, as a company can book all the revenue it pleases but if no one actually follows through on the billing, it doesn't really matter; no supplier will accept receivables as payment for goods and services. That's why PDC4U's Cash Acceleration Management system represents a vital link in any business' operations.
