USAN to Demo Cloud-based Customer Engagement Solutions

According to company officials, the customer engagement platform, called Metaphor (News - Alert), features plug and play integration capabilities, easy business process definition and deployment, a scalable and reliable hosting environment and comprehensive analytics that produce accurate and actionable business intelligence.
The company intends to demo customer contact solutions from the USAN cloud including Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Outbound Predictive Dialing, and other engagement and optimization capabilities.
Additionally at the event, Tad Thompson, director of enterprise sales at USAN, is expected discuss how the history of customer contact technologies has created barriers to next-generation service. Moreover, he is going to talk about how new customer engagement technologies can make futuristic service possible today.
