One of the nation’s popular on-demand payment processor, BillingTree, has announced the amalgamation of its electronic payment services with BestBill, another reputable billing and e-billing portal technology firm. This partnership will give integrated BillingTree processing access to all BestBill’s innovative portal technology including the Virtual Negotiator, SMS payment and IVR solutions.
Healthcare providers, utilities and other companies will now be in a position to exploit the capabilities of BestBill’s complete portal to bill and accept payment from different departments or facilities. For instance, the wide range of healthcare services provided during a single visit to the hospital are now payable online hence reducing a day’s outstanding sales and improving on the revenue cycle management.
Commenting on the integration of BillingTree’s payment processing solution, the CEO for BestBill, Dan Haugland, said, “Our solution helps our customers save time and money, accelerating statement processing, document delivery and payment receipts." He is confident that the integration will continually increase the efficiency in collection of payments and outstanding balances.
On the other hand, BillingTree is delighted with BestBill partnership. The company president and CEO, David Roberts, feels that his company’s technology perfectly matches the needs of BestBill’s customers and that the integration of the company payment processing capabilities with BestBill’s comprehensive payment portal will result in seamless cost effective solution to collection of outstanding payments.
BestBill is a subsidiary of RevSpring and offers billing technology solutions and services like WebView bill-pay portal, print and mail services to deliver communications rapidly and accurately and e-statements that allow sending of e-mail statements to customers and other automated e-mail communications. Other solutions in the line include Interactive Voice Response (IVR), LockBox Remittance and online forms.
For the case of BillingTree, the company is a reputable supplier of fully integrated multi-channel electronic payment platform to multiple industries. Benefits that come with the electronic payment solutions include improved operational efficacy and cash flow, decreased A/R day’s outstanding and accelerated availability of consumer goods. These, coupled with not present complications of manual payment systems lead to returns collection and correction through a single portal hence delivering more accountability and efficiency.
