Broadcore (News - Alert), a global provider of cloud communications services, is now in a partnership with Inference Solutions, a specialized IVR and speech recognition service provider.
This strategic move by Broadcore has now given all of its client’s access to advanced IVR and applications of speech therapy as its cloud communication service offering. The “no code” service creation environment Inference Studio 2.0 of Inference Solutions provides clients the ability to deploy advanced IVR and speech recognition applications rapidly.
The Inference Studio 2.0 service creation environment was designed specifically for service providers. It uses industry open standards and is housed on a robust carrier grade Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.
This week, Studio 2.0 will be launched as a part of BroadSoft (News - Alert) Connections 2012 in Scottsdale, Arizona. At BroadSoft Connections 2012, Inference will be showcasing the “no code” service creation environment of Studio 2.0 by demonstrating how, without the help of programmers trained in Call Control XML (CCXML) or Voice XML (VXML), the IVR applications can be created and deployed rapidly.
Creation and deployment with minimum interruption to business operations then results in optimized employee productivity and business agility.
Michael Bacich vice president of Cloud Communications, said this service allowed them to further evolve and enhance upon the BroadSoft call center offerings, and brings to the Enterprise space a real alternative to IVR premises-based solutions.
Inference Solutions director of Partner Development, John Camp, said the philosophy behind Studio 2.0 is to give clients back the control that IVR and speech recognition vendors have historically taken away from them. Their Web-based development environment simplifies what has previously been seen as a complex and expensive process.
Camp went on to add that Studio 2.0 will provide Broadcore clients with the ability to deploy applications as simple as surveys to more complex applications, such as speech biometrics that integrate natively with their cloud communications platform.
Headquartered in Melbourne Australia, Inference Solutions was founded in 2005. Inference offers its well-researched and well-developed artificial intelligence and machine learning technology. The Inference suite of products combines its expertise in user interaction design and voice automation, and offers an innovative range of DTMF and speech enabled inbound and outbound IVR applications which can be used across a range of verticals.
Broadcore is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Masergy Communications. Broadcore offers a unified communications platform through an extensible, highly scalable IP communications system for mobility communications, data and voice (VoIP) across the enterprise and multi-location businesses.
