3CLogic Partners with IVR Technology Group for Overall Efficiency

3CLogic (News - Alert), which provides cloud-based contact centers hosted on Amazon Web Services, has announced that it is partnering with IVR Technology Group (ITG). With the help of 3CLogic's cloud-based Contact Center, companies can have accurate and timely information about their prospect or customer, and are able to communicate and respond more efficiently.
