Omantel, an integrated communication services provider in the Sultanate of Oman, has now launched another innovative service solution for its customers. Now, Omantel customers will be able to pay their bills and get Hayyak top-up through the company’s enhanced Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system via bank cards. In other words, the customers of Omantel would not need to visit Omantel outlets, as the enhanced IVR system would give its customers a unique self-service option.
This unique and innovative service launched by Omantel is in partnership with Oman Arab Bank. This is the first of its kind in the region. Omantel is aiming to provide an enhanced customer experience to the telecom community in the Sultanate.
