CallFire Continues Its Commitment to Providing Sterling IVR

Enterprise IVR systems help companies to create new services and improve customer service interactions, while also allowing them to message, speak, fax and e-mail all on one platform using IVR applications.
There are many reasons why a company should invest in hosted IVR; however, there is one reason that is unique to IVR provider CallFire, which makes its solutions highly preferred. For starters, with CallFire, all data can remain safe on the company's own servers, meaning that only the methods by which that data is obtained resides in the cloud.
CallFire’s hosted IVR solution allows users to create phone trees as simple or as advanced as they need, where they can simply record the messages or select the text-to-speech option. They can also create anything from an automated outbound survey to an auto-attendant.
In light of this, the company recently revealed its partnership with TMCnet to offer an Enterprise IVR webinar series. In this webinar, CallFire's Senior IVR specialist, Bill Hughes (News - Alert) will speak about using CallFire XML to create phone trees and virtual receptionist applications.
“IVR applications include playing pre-recorded sound files, reading text-to-speech entries, asking questions and getting back responses, sending responses to a server and getting back other information in response, recording audio data, transferring and routing calls, and more,” explained Hughes in a statement. “All data can remain secure on your company's own servers. Only the processes by which that data is gathered resides in the cloud.”
In other news, Tuff Shed recently revealed that its nationwide sales rep had used CallFire to make 15,500 calls. In terms of the sales teams using the company’s cloud call center, it was the largest buy-in of any campaign. The company has become the lead capturing business, so it has to go home shows, nurture leads and follow up immediately.
