Broadvox Voice Control Technology Gives SMBs an Affordable Hosted Voice Solution

Broadvox’s (News - Alert) Voice Control Technology solution takes aim at small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) to deliver call quality and business continuity without requiring a dedicated broadband circuit.
SMBs can skip the dedicated T1 or broadband circuit thanks to Broadvox dedicated call monitoring equipment. A managed switch and Quality-of-Service (QoS) router ensures the prioritization of voice traffic.
Broadvox also offers an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) in the event of a power outage.
Broadvox also hopes to convince SMBs to purchase both hosted voice and broadband from the same company. At the same time, the firm delivers managed hosted voice control and support regardless of the broadband provider if customers can’t afford to make the switch.
Companies with fewer than 10 employees can take advantage of Broadvox’s Switch to Voice promotional program. Free activation, free onsite installation, free IP phones and free Voice Control technology all roll into Broadvox’s “bring your own broadband” package.
“Broadvox has made switching to a business-class hosted voice service more affordable and easier for end-users and the IT professionals who support them,” noted Arnaud Gautier (News - Alert), executive vice president of Product and Customer Experience for Broadvox. “VCT allows us to deliver to our customers the flexibility of broadband-choice without sacrificing voice quality.”
Once a company has chosen a Broadvox Voice Control solution, they can bring additional offices online in 24 hours or less. With advanced features like fixed mobile convergence, employees can use their mobile devices both to place and receive office VoIP calls.
As a final selling point, Broadvox claims that its Voice Control can save SMBs up to 50 percent off of a traditional telephony solution. With hosted voice, along with an array of solutions like voicemail, Outlook integration, instant conferencing and advanced call routing, Broadvox is working hard to win the hearts—and the budgets—of small businesses everywhere.
