William Bumbernick, chief innovation officer of Alteva, will speak on two panels at the Cloud Communications Summit West at ITEXPO (News - Alert), being held Oct. 4 to 6, in Los Angeles, Calif.

Bumbernick will join leaders in the communications industry from Cisco, Fonality and Aretta Communications.
