Improving network efficiency for its users, Zultys released its newest software (Release 5.4) for the MX30 and MX250 IP PBX (News - Alert) systems. An external database can now store all voicemails, faxes, call recordings, instant message and call detail records with the help of MX Data Archiver. A single instance of MX Data Archiver can now collect, sort and search data across an entire corporate network of up to 128 MX IP PBX nodes with the Release 5.4.

The feature-rich Zultys (News - Alert) "MX" family of IP PBXs are integrated  PSTN and SIP gateways that come pre-installed with business-enhancing features such as unified communications (UC), integrated fax, visual voicemail, contact center features, presence, Instant Messaging, MXmobile and iConnected for UC mobility, the integrated MXconference audio conferencing feature and more.

Allowing supervisors and administrators to create custom call reports with a powerful drag and drop report creation tool, these features complement the release of the new MXreport custom reporting tool, the company has announced. Call Center improvements include new reporting statistics for Wallboard and integration with the new MXreport tool. Customers can now eliminate the need for costly recurring subscription-based hosted conference services with Zultys' built-in audio conference feature that lets a company host audio conferences.

Recently, the company joined hands with Quarta Mobile, Inc., to release Version 1.06 for the iConnected mobile Unified Communications client for the iPhone (News - Alert). The iConnected Version 1.06 works with Apple iOS4. It also extends the mobility of Zultys Unified Communications to the iPhone 4. This new version has new features such as automatic presence status change depending on application status, and enhanced user interface.
