H3C Chooses IDT to improve its High Performance Network Capability

Leading IP technology and solutions provider H3C has chosen Integrated Device Technology (News - Alert) Inc. to accelerate its strength in delivering comprehensive network products and solutions.

As stated in a press release, IDT will provide H3C with improved bandwidth and adequate network intelligence to deliver seamless and adaptive services. It will also support H3C to meet the high performance to cost ratio.

Packet-based multimedia communications is the fastest developing technology today, tackling the expectations of this media-loaded network world. IDT is proving to be a dominating provider of essential mixed signal semiconductor solutions which support emerging standards and which offer advanced digital media experience.


The IDT network search engines (NSE) and search accelerators are well suited for H3C, as they bring great advantage and value to meet the demand for bandwidth hungry applications.

Ricky Ji, wireless product manager with H3C, said IDT’s feature-rich and high performance product portfolio has helped the company solve various application requirements. Ji added that he is pleased with the excellent support provided by IDT.

“At IDT, we continue to extend our lead in the packet processing space, developing search solutions that allow our customers, like H3C, to focus their development efforts on building highly reliable and differentiated networking features,” said Dave Cech, director of marketing for the IDT IP co-processor division.

Cech added that IDT’s solution will help H3C to meet the on-going demand for high-bandwidth, high-quality, multimedia packet-based services.
