Dynamix Unified Solutions, a systems integrator of unified systems and solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, has announced the launch of its Covad (News - Alert) Hosted VoIP
customer migration program.
This latest program allows current Covad customers a “cost effective” and “simple transition” to Dynamix’s Worksmart service, according to company officials.
The Worksmart on-demand platform allows customers to self-administer their own Auto Attendants, utilize the integrated softphone for mobile employees and deploy call center functionality including real-time statistics, reporting and call recording.
Officials explained that Worksmart’s desktop sharing and secure instant messaging allow current Covad customers the ability to realize the “spectrum of unified communications.”
The company plans to waive all regular start up costs associated with its Worksmart service plans. In addition, also provide the first full month of service at no charge. Officials said that Covad customers who transition to Dynamix will also find many long-awaited features delivered with Worksmart.
“This is an exciting time at Dynamix; this opportunity allows us the ability to provide an easy migration path for Covad customers to true Unified Solutions,” Greg G. Walker, CEO at Dynamix Unified Solutions, said in a statement.
He also pointed out that Dynamix can offer these customers a seamless transition of their existing business voice service with a “quick and easy sign up process.”
Also, he said that customers will be able to keep their services working smoothly while Dynamix executes a “zero cost and trouble-free migration” which also allows customers to reuse all their existing hardware while “increasing functionality and adding features at the same time.”
Claiming that Dynamix has built its business on the principals of reliability, customer service and advanced network architecture, he added, this “uniquely allows Dynamix to effectively provide business-class unified systems and solutions.”
