Alianza (News - Alert) and Digital Bridge Communications (DBC) have announced that Alianza has been selected as the exclusive provider of all unified communications applications to be offered through DBC’s BridgeMAXX service.
After conducting a review of VoIP

providers, DBC concluded that Alianza was “unique in its approach to providing a hosted voice platform that was designed and built from the ground up and optimized for WiMAX

deployment.”
According to Alianza’s officials, many VoIP providers are trying to retrofit their premise-based offerings as a hosted solution which may compromise their ability to scale and still maintain the high level of quality that BridgeMAXX users expect and deserve.
“Our selection of Alianza was really driven by the outstanding quality of their services and their overall approach to the partnership. We have tremendous plans to grow our service and we need a partner who will be responsive and grow with us. In the end, Alianza gives us a competitive advantage and will bring great value to our residential and business customers,” P. Kelley Dunne, co-founder and CEO of DBC, said.
Officials pointed out that Alianza’s competitive edge can clearly be found at the core of its product offering, and explained that Power Platform, a hosted platform, provides a set of applications and features, also an intuitive interface designed to integrate with current systems to provide a “unique, customized experience for each of Alianza’s customers.”
Additionally, it consolidates the entire VoIP services lifecycle—consisting of disparate systems and processes—into a single interface with back-office integration and parallel business process optimization.
Indicating that PowerPlatform from Alianza gives his company a “one-stop” shop for all of our administrative and operational tasks, Doug Smith, CIO at DBC, added, “Without them, we would have to repeat our efforts across six disparate systems; but with them, we go to one place to enter information and their system does the rest.
“We’re excited and honored to be selected as their partner in bringing valuable voice services to their customers,” said Brian Beutler, CEO at Alianza.
He also said that because WiMAX

services require a robust platform with high availability and uncompromising quality, “We’ve optimized our platform to excel in a WiMAX (News - Alert) deployment and are committed to the high standard that DBC has set in the marketplace.”
